Family Law Weekly is a subscription-based legal research platform providing access to Florida family law court opinions, case summaries, headnotes, and related legal information. The Service is intended for use by licensed attorneys, legal professionals, and law students for research purposes.
3. Subscription and Payment
Access to certain features requires a paid subscription. By subscribing, you agree to pay all applicable fees. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. Refunds are provided in accordance with our refund policy.
- Subscription fees are billed in advance on an annual basis
- You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings
- No refunds for partial subscription periods unless required by law
4. Permitted Use
You may use the Service for lawful legal research purposes. You agree not to:
- Share your login credentials with others
- Reproduce, distribute, or republish content for commercial purposes without authorization
- Use automated tools to scrape or download content in bulk
- Attempt to circumvent any access controls or security measures
- Use the Service in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations
5. Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content (excluding court opinions, which are public domain) are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Our headnotes, summaries, and editorial content are proprietary and may not be reproduced without permission.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure. While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee that all information is complete, current, or error-free.
THE SERVICE DOES NOT CONSTITUTE LEGAL ADVICE. Users should verify all information independently and consult with qualified legal counsel for specific legal matters.
7. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the twelve months preceding the claim.
